Shipping Policy
Welcome to Oktane Cornhole Inc.'s Shipping Policy. We are committed to providing efficient shipping methods, secure packaging, and transparent costs to ensure a seamless delivery experience for our customers. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we aim to build trust through clear and reliable shipping processes.
At Oktane Cornhole Inc., we prioritize the delivery of our products to every level of cornhole player. We use plain and straightforward language to communicate our shipping methods and costs, reflecting our dedication to customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Any damage due to shipping must be reported within 2-3 days of shipment being received in order to properly file claim with the shipping company.

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct address when checking out, as this will be the address we will ship our products. The ship to address MUST be provide in the SHIP TO section when checking out. Any address provided in the notes will not be used unless written confirmation has been acknowledged. Address changes that occur after checkout must be provided in writing thru email and a written confirmation of the change will then be provided.

​Any package redirect charges incurred after the package has left our facility will be the responsibility of the customer.
Return & Exchange Policy

If you have changed your mind about your purchase or are dissatisfied with a product, our return and exchange policy is designed to provide a straightforward process for your convenience. We believe that a clear refund or exchange policy is essential to build trust and reassure our customers that they can make their purchases with confidence.

Our return and exchange policy reflects our dedication to customer satisfaction and our continuous efforts to provide exceptional products for all levels of cornhole players.
Custom Bag Policy
For all name add-on orders, a design proof will not be sent. Please make sure your spelling is correct before checking out.

​For all custom orders, a proof must be approved by the customer before purchase. By approving the proof the customer agrees that all things pertaining to their custom order—including, but not limited to: design, color, upgrades, bag colors, etc.—are exactly as they want. There are no refunds for custom orders.

All artwork submitted to Oktane Cornhole to be printed onto cornhole bags must be owned solely by the customer ordering the custom artwork. Once the artwork is approved, it then becomes the property of Oktane Cornhole Inc for the sole purpose of printing onto cornhole bags.
Bag Care & Information
DO NOT put bags in a washing machine or a clothes dryer.

Cleaning Instructions: Place bags in a bucket or bowl of room temperature water and mix a small amount of Dawn dish soap or OxyClean. Get the bags wet and agitate with your hands. Rinse thoroughly and air dry.

​Due to the process of printing on cornhole bags, sometimes white spots/line can appear before or after use. This in no way affects the performance of the bags. We strive to keep printing issues to a minimum but sometimes nothing can be done to prevent this. Please be aware that this may happen to your bags.
​
​With the advanced materials used in our cornhole bags sometimes snags and stings can happen. Please do not use these bags on boards with sharp edges as this will greatly reduce the life of your bags. Snags can happen from storage with other sharp object such as keys and rings. Thread snags and pulls are not covered under warranty as they are considered general wear a tear (this is similar to scratching the paint on your car).
Warranty
We do not recommend washing machines or dryers. We do not recommend boiling or soaking the bags at all. We also advise against the use of any hair products, fabric softeners and vinegar. These processes have been known to cause issues with the fabrics, stitching and resin. If they get damaged in a way that is not a manufacturer defect then we do not warranty that. We will know the difference when you send us the pictures of the bags.

Our manufacturing warranty is 30 calendar days from the ship date. This warranty covers all stitching on the bags. We do not cover snags or rips in the fabrics from improper use.
